I work in computer support as a low level engineer for NetApp.
I started in computers in the early 80s, gave them up in the mid 80s, started again in the early 90s and have been fooling around with them ever since.

Cars:
My first car was a 73 Dodge Dart that came with a 318 that I tore down for fun too many times.
It later had almost every small block engine Chrysler made, my favorite engine was an 11 to 1 compression .060 over 360 with a Holley 650 double-pump with mechanical secondaries.
I later bought a 65 Barracuda (273 CID) and shared engines between the cars for one lightweight very fast car for top end speed.
The first rotary I saw was a friends RX3 drag car:
4 barrel Holley on custom intake with a header turning over 12,000 rpm.
This little race car had a narrowed Chevy 12 bold rear end and would launch like a rocket when the clutch was dumped at 12,500; I do not remember his times, but the car seriously impressed me.

So that little RX-3 is why, when I wanted a sports car, I bought the 8.
My 8 out handles about any car I have driven, and so far I am very happy with the S/C'd RX8.
